MrMat, As badidas says, it's the way the school decided to go without really understanding the way SIMS works, and now we are trying to work around the problems it causes. The main reason being that tutors at the end of the day display Lesson Monitor to show their form group the number of "code 3's" they got in one day so that the whole class can see their own total. I'll look into your idea, unless you know of a way to display a whole class's cumulative total of behaviour incidents on one register style view without having to run a report? Thanks

Hi, hope you can help. Is there a way to automatically change the lesson mark (on a register) based on a "quick" behaviour incident awarded by right clicking on a student name? detail: In our school students are given a numbered mark on the register (2) and then positive or negative behaviours either raise or lower their score to a 1 or 3. At the moment, staff are right clicking names to award behaviour or achievement incidents and then having to manually edit the lesson mark to reflect the behaviour awarded...very time consuming and leading to inconsistencies. (the behaviour management logs are used by tutors and heads of year to monitor poor behaviour. Lesson monitor is shown to the students to show the number of "code 3's" they have scored and thus whether they are in weekly detention. Any thoughts? Thanks
