Hi, We're in need of a low-budget tablet that runs on full Windows operating system as we have a new assessment system in school - Target Tracker. We need the tablets to be on hand to update assessments using the target tracker software. Does this tablet run as a normal PC albeit with slower functionality?! We simply need them to run this software and nothing else. Any help would be appreciated!
