Hi, Our Intouch has not worked now for close to 3 weeks. This is our main communication tool and we are struggling (now having to resort to outlook for school emails). We are not impressed with Capita's response and are now looking at Groupcall to replace InTouch and teacher app. Does anyone have any recent experience of groupcall? Does it work well with SIMS?
