Hi, WOW, Thank you all for your reply's! It turned out I had the wrong subnet in the ipv4 for the nic card. I pointed it to the router and BAM online. Again thank you all for you help.

Hi, Running win server 2012 r2 Just setup ,AD,DHCP and DNS. Able to connect a win7 client via the new domain from the server. That client can see the internet. But the server can not see the net. I was told to turn off all other DHCP devises on the network. And let the 2012 server handle the DHCP. I set the server nic IP4 to the routers ip, No I set the server nic IP4 to the TW modem, No So were does the 2012 server get internt DNS? any help would be great, thanks
