:):):D:D:D SNAPSCAN TOUCH IS NOW WORKING what i did uninstall the prog with uninstaller from total commander and also cleared all from the register. then i went to install new hardware connecting the usb plug.it went fine.i was asked to opening several windows .and put it all together. what happens that some times we dont read the small letters. as we do very much because we all do that.after that i installed snapscan and run the exe file with no problem. thank you very much to assist Roberto Lijs
