About toasty

  1. Thanks! Was sure this was the case for the 169 addresses. The DHCP scope has plenty of addresses available and is visible from the clients. I'm thinking it could be connected to the way the access points are setup, as the issues is affecting all locations, but not sure where to look, though I'm sure there there the limit of clients connecting to the APs is never exceeded.
  2. Morning all, Got a strange thing happening on our wireless network. Mostly Apple mac computers, but not exclusively, receive an IP address which doesn't correspond to the range offered by the DHCP server ie. 169.254.*.* instead of a 172.*.*.* address. Anyone got an idea as to why this would happen? Cheers!
