I changed the setting in the local policy editor.. so it looks like it doesn't work.

Is this group policy setting not used in Windows 10 Pro outside an AD environment? I found that setting from here: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/make-windows-10-notify-you-before-downloading-or-installing-windows-updates And in their screenshots, once that group policy is set, the control panel page for updates is suppose to show a red "Some settings are managed by your organization" message, but mine doesn't show that.
