We are a Federation of three all-though Academies in South East London. We operate across nine sites, with 650 staff and over 5000 students using the IT services provided by our WAN. You will manage and support our centrally managed IT systems and provide third line support on a range of systems in our schools as required.
We have recently reviewed and restructured our IT services, devolving more tasks to the IT teams in each school and redefining the role of the central team to focus on oversight of the quality of service, strategic planning, major IT projects, administration of central systems and providing third line support. This team will be headed up by our new IT services manager, who you will report to.
We are looking for someone who can support systems and services across multiple sites, administer our central systems and resolve third line support issues raised in our schools. You will have a proactive approach and be focussed on delivering high quality and dependable IT services to end users, personally or by supporting your colleagues in the IT services team across the Federation.
