I am new to this site and to SIMS, so I apologise if I'm not in the right place.
I need to produce a report where when I run the report I can select a subject and a year group within the subject (eg year 7, set 1 Maths) I'll need to do this for all subjects and all years, so I'll be running it a lot.
I then need the output to be similar to a student record (pic of student with details underneath.) but multiple records per page.
The idea is a teacher will have details of KS2 scores, CAT scores, predicted scores etc on all students in that particular set for their subject.
So for example - Maths Year 7 set 1 -
On each page I would want say, 3 or 4 pupils across and 3 or 4 down . (A bit like a set of labels with photos)
I would want to see on each one - pupil name, photo, Prev. KS2 infO, CAT scores and other scores etc which I think are coming from Marketsheet
I had thought about just exporting data to Excel and doing a vlookup/ merge into a a document but that would be quite a bit of data manipulation. Is there a report out there already I could base it on ? Thanks!
