We buy all our cameras and video cameras from WEX (previously known as Camera Warehouse Express) contact them and ask for a corporate price and hopefully you'll save a bit. Also try Calumet (though they are a bit dearer)

Might be a bit late on this one, but I've used Sedao Imageflyer (Sedao Digital Signage) all along, it'll run mixed media and anything in a browser such as BBC NEWS 24, easy to configure to your corporate style. Easy to load up your own RSS newsfeed.

Anyone having issues with Notebook 11? The ink layer has gone and you can't get rid of the toolbar on Powerpoint presentations. Staff use Kensington wireless presenters for advancing slides, however if you move the toolbar during a presentation the Kensington presenters stop working. It looks as thogh Notebook 11 is quite demanding on resources, hopefully I can uninstall and go back to 10. If it ain't broke don't fix it!

Started off using Freeway from Cameron Communications (Glasgow) fairly easy to use though did crash periodically. Added Sedao with a SWEP maxi running Imgeflyer software, this has real impact and I can load slides over the network it being Sedao Web Enabled Player (SWEP). You can download Imflyer demo from Sedao.
