Has anyone any expertise on using SONOS devices in schools?
I look after a school where a 3rd party company installed 4 Connect amps and 2 Bridges. All was OK until SONOS released updates for the devices. Now when I start the controller software I'm prompted to update. However on doing this it fails with an error 1101 error. I've been in contact with SONOS and they sent me a list of ports which I forwarded on to the school's ISP (YHGfL/ICT4C). They have opened the ports and have supplied them with details of the internal IP addresses of the equipment so they can bypass the proxy. However, the issue persists.
Have any of you guys been able to implement these devices successfully?
