Hah! the same lady rang me. They were going to send the price by email, funnily it never arrived. She kept saying they had problems with their email and wanted me to commit on the phone. I just kept saying they needed to email me. Days later - still no email.

They're still at it. I've been dealing with them since 2005 and the patter never really changes. Under CCS media now. Offering chocolate and trying to send toner I haven't requested. Funny thing is they still have our old address, demolished in 2008. My favourite calls were when I had three in the same day. Apparently each time they called, the person before had been promoted to their L.A. branch. They stopped calling for a while when I asked to work there so I could be promoted too. I plan to waste their time when ever they phone. If they're ringing me, the can't ring anyone else.
