I haven't tried resetting the .ilog file. I'm sure I simply rename the file, but where would I find it?

Hey Guys, We're on Impero 5.1.05 and I'm running into an issue where one of my users (thankfully only one) can't connect to the Impero server. The issue seems to follow them regardless of what computer they're on. Is there any known fix for this issue? I'm going to call Impero about it tomorrow, but I'm concerned the only option is to upgrade or downgrade our server. Thoughts?
