Created a new maintenance data base in Nova T for some major timetable changes, tried to transfer to Sims, but would not work. Capita have been given a copy of our Sims data base and Nova file at beginning of the week, still no fix, I have upset staff, trying to keep them happy, asking me when it will be fixed.
