About Pcloadletter1

  1. Both are good. Xerox is best at production equipment and Kyocera is better at office equipment. I have a lot of experience with both. Xerox b/w machines are far less reliable than Kyocera, but Xerox has better image quality on color units. The best image quality is going to be Xerox, Sharp and Canon. The best pricing is going to be Kyocera Toshiba and Ricoh depending on the sales rep your dealing with. I know first hand that Toshiba has no business whatsoever in a print shop or print for pay environment.
