Hi People, A member of staff has an issue whenever they try and sort out the options in SIMS - this specific member of staff does this every year without any hassle. I contacted Capita yesterday and they said they haven't come across this issue before - they gave me a few solutions which didn't fix the issue. They have full write access, disk space is fine - so I'm stuck. If anybody knows the fix or any ideas that would be great. Many thanks, Jack

Hi everyone, I've had this problem for a while and I've been trying to figure this problem via Google and other forums. I've created a word document that is a form and I would like to send this to contacts to be able to fill in the e-mail itself and not have to open word directly and complete by that. I need them to be able to open the e-mail and the form to be there so they can complete and then be able to send it back to me. I don't know if this is completely possible to do - but any feedback or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks, Jack.
