  1. Thank you for the information! I figured that it was probably a unique ID that wouldn't translate to what was printed on the card but thought I would double check. Thanks!
  2. We use ID cards to access doors at my college and we recently purchased a printer that allows us to scan an ID card to enable a user to use it. When we scan the card on the printer we get a 10 digit number but we cannot figure out what this translates to. We would like to import a database into the printer so each user doesn't have to scan their card and manually enter a login and password but we need to know how to interpret the 10 digit number for each ID card. Our current ID's are a Motorola 26-Bit Flex Pass that come with a 5-digit number pre-printed on the back. The 10-digit number we get from the printer for the card unfortunately has no commonality with the 5-digit number. Does anyone have any idea of what the 10-digit number might be and how I can figure it out for each card? Thanks!
