Hi That would be great , although the main reason i downloaded software was to update a UDF which is a lookup type , but I If i select that type from the dropdown list it does not bring up a list of fields in the UDF selection. I am thinking that i might just abandon the lookup type and create another UDF text field given that i am only ever going to update it using this tool i dont need to worry about keying in accuracy. Thanks for creating such a useful bit of software.

Hi Matt here is the result of the import. the import file only has Adno, forename, surname, dob, gender, UDF value

Hi I am experiencing similar problems with this tool. It only works from CSV source file no matter how many or few fields i pick it wont update the record. have checked for leading zeros. In the log file it reports that the record was not updated, it shows the pupil names and PERSON ID but admission number is blank. using version Sims Client 7.166 Build 38 [h=2]Bulk Update version is 2.3.33.0[/h]
