  1. yeah, data from a sub table is pretty much screwing it up. will have a look at the excel template macro - how do I find it?
  2. Hello, I'm using SIMS to generate some data reports for seating plans. A couple of questions. 1) How can I control what order the columns are in? I would rather do this in SIMS at the Design Report level, but it could be done at the Report Output level with a template - but how do I do an Excel template? I've only ever used RTF templates. 2) Data for G&T and PP comes out as T and F. Is there a way to get rid of the F's completely, and change the T's to Y? Ideally before it outputs to excel (I know I can search and replace in Excel, but its a pain). If anyone can help me with those, I will bow down and worship you as the god of sims that you are. Thanks Jon
  3. Also... Something Ive just come across... If a student does not have a photo on the system, how could I put in a "No photo exists" tag?
  4. Solved the question below by using Word List Report and tag, with tags for my data under each photo. If anyone knows how to put in a "PHOTO MISSING" tag for any photos which are, urm, missing, please let me know Thanks Jon
  5. solved it now. Spoke to Capita and they walked me through it. Using aspect name to pull data from the marksheet works. I do have to put in the aspect name and class for each report, but thats easy enough. 5 mins to run each report is quicker than mailmerging.
  6. I have a report with photos for a class, and I know exactly what you mean with filtering the conditions. Its just trying to find the right bit to filter Im struggling with. I'm leaning towards printing the photos and using a pen.
  7. Hello, I have a report set up in SIMS which provides me with photos of a class. Alongside these photos, I want to show data from that classes marksheet, specifically their target grade. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks Jon
