Hi, I'm really sorry if this is the wrong place for this question. I'm having some issues with some sites being blocked for teachers at my school district. We use Lightspeed and haven't had major issues. Recently Facebook has been blocked, which causes some issues for the athletic department who post updates for the school. It's usually unblocked for staff, and unblocked after school hours for students. Now, teachers and students cannot access the site, but only from the Chromebook devices. For the other devices (iPads, desktops, etc.) there isn't an issue. I wasn't sure if the problem was with Lightspeed or possibly a setting in the Google Admin Console. The "Restricted Access" page that comes up is not our normal Lighspeed block. Does anyone know if this is a page from Lightspeed or Google...or somewhere else? None of the techs on our support team are sure. It's new to us. Thank you!!!
