  1. Ah - right you are! Consider it done, in that case - set of place cards with picture, name, exam and centre number? I could do a few different templates to work with particular Avery sticky labels...
  2. Thanks for your interest, and I now think I've sent you the download link (guessing from your username!). Thing is, I like to make sure I know who is using the software, so I don't get random and unexpected enquiries about what's going on. Therefore, I encode your DFE number into the system as a valid user. This will become more important in September, when I attempt to charge for the package. It'll be free for the system as is now (with a recommended £100 a year donation), or £500 per year for the premium version, which will come with a heap of brand new features. This will be free to demo until October half term (and if ordered before then it'll cost just £250 for the 2016/17 academic year).
  3. I have no idea, but I will take the opportunity to thank you for comparing my work with theirs!
  4. It's actually free for all schools now - but only works synching with SIMS at present. Unfortunately there's no exam seating built in - the idea was for classroom management. I'm not certain how useful the photos would be given 220 kids sitting an exam in a gym... There will be a new edition in September - so any suggestions for improvements welcome. The core system will remain free in perpetuity, but I'm looking to add "premium" features that would allow me to work full time on the system. I'm not permitted to advertise on here, though, so I won't be doing that.
  5. Cheers! It's conceivable my 1300 errors will be down to double figures by Monday...
  6. Absolutely! BTW, this is my maiden post, so hi everybody and conviviality to all. I do share all other posters' alarm about the whole GCSE malarkey. It is malarkey, given we're being asked for data they already have, or they wouldn't be able to produce Raise. Dare I say it, but perhaps the existence of three - and counting - UNIQUE primary keys for students is partly to blame. Any DBA at the DfE could knock up a query in SQL to find exam results for a kid linking to our submissions. But no - thousands of schools going through the same trauma. Quite ridiculous. I'm very grateful for the tip about the LRS; I didn't realise school users were able to try to look at kids' grades.
