  1. At the end had to contact the Help Desk and was informed that it is caused by the fact that few subjects (for weird and wonderful reasons I do not know) had the Auto Update boxes in Course Manager unticked before we loaded timetable for this year. Apparently, that's it until next academic year :-( Even if we uploaded the timetable again, once these boxes were unticked before the first load, it cannot be rectified. Therefore I resorted to attaching the classes and pupils to the courses manually and protected the membership, so they won't disappear if I update course membership.
  2. Thank you CAM. Unfortunately, even with all the above in place, the class lists are still not linking to course membership for some subjects. For example, I have an A2 student in classes for three subjects, her timetable is fine etc. but when I check which courses she is in, only 1 shows. Is there anywhere else I need to link class lists to course lists? As I said, up till this year we uploaded timetable from Timetabler, so I am thinking maybe there is something in Nova-T that we forgot to do. I used to blame all my troubles on a third party product, but do not have that excuse now ;-)
  3. I have classes populated, correct levels assigned in the timetable but when I try to set up marksheets for these classes, they are not listed in Courses and when I go to the Course Manager, these courses are down as inactive. If I add them manually, they go back to Inactive once I update course membership. This is the first year we have done TT in Nova-T as previously we used Timetabler. I thought problems such as this will not happen once we are on the same boat. Any suggestions/
