  5. Hi All, Having a few issues with start menu on a Windows 10 Pro machine. It has just been networked to our domain and everything works fine on the administrator account but for every other user the start menu will not open up and none of the icons on the task bar can be accessed. Has anyone got a workaround or fix for this? Tried the Microsoft guides but still not fixed. Thank

  7. Hi, We are currently running on Windows Server 2008 R2 and we are Windows 7 Pro across the board on all desktop and laptops. We have just taken delivery of 30 laptops and a trolley. They are all Windows 10 Pro. WE are unsure whether to leave them on 10 and network them or take them back to Windows 7. Would they work okay on 10 on our network or would it be more hassle than its worth at the moment? Anyone had and experience like this? Thanks

  11. Hi, Having a few issues with sims at the moment. We have two new machines in our office which require sims to be added. The issue we have is that sims has gone on fine but is dissapearing when different users logon. It mainly only works on the siteadmin account. Another issues is that solus 3 installs and then is saying sims has also installed but on the machine it hasnt. Any ideas what could be the issue? Thanks

  20. We have two networks in the school I work in. One for the whole school which is curriculum and the other is just for the admin teams. The curriculum network computers are not working due to them all have an IP address from the admin server which doesn't make sense at all. The message I keep receiving from the server on the curriculum side is 'The DNS server isn't responding'. Any ideas for a quick fix? Cheers
