Hi I work in a school and im trying to make it so staff can see the students user spaces but with the display name rather than the students username. In our share we have the students folders but they are listed as the username (S12ajblo - S:student 12:year started a:form then first initial and first 3 letters of surname) obviously this is no good for staff so I wondered if there is a way to show the display name from AD e.g Joe Bloggs within the explorer window? Cheers

Thanks for the reply that's what I did and its as easy as just in your categories column putting Green Category, Red Category etc.

Hi Im after importing meetings into outlook via csv and wanted to categorize them according to what they are for. Does anyone know what I have to put into the category field in the csv to get them to show the different colours? Cheers
