In NovaT6 we have study periods in year 12 and 13. There are lots of these in different blocks, on at the same time, all supervised by the same person who uses Pars to record attendance. This was fine last year - assigning the staffing via Timetable - New - Group, and doubling up on the staffing.
This year it hasn't worked so well. In NovaT6, all of the study periods appear correctly on the member of staff's timetable. Similarly, when the staff timetable is looked at in SIMs, all the periods are there. Also, all the students have been allocated to the classes. However in Pars, no registers show at all.
I tried allocating the period to another member of staff, and still the period shows up in the SIMs staff timetable, but not as a register (even though students are allocated to it).
Eventually, I deleted all of the study periods off and have put them back on in the same way. Now, year 12 shows correctly, but not year 13.
Not quite sure what to try now! If anyone has any suggestions or guidance, I would be extremely grateful. Many thanks.
