Hi We have had 4 reports in the last two days of extreme delays when changing pages / selecting tools in smart notebook using the smart board itself. Using the pens to draw on the board is working as normal. We thought this might be due to a change moving our staff from 2.4 to 5ghz and potential slowness connecting to the server to retrieve their work, however this cant be the case as when using the laptop itself to change slides etc it works instantly. Anybody have any ideas what could be the causing such a delay (2 mins plus to change a page or select a tool)? I cant see anything obvious in the logs / diagnostic tool but will admit to never using it before either. Many thanks

Hi I am new to group policy and wondering if anybody could help me remove the desktop shortcuts created on all machines after pushing out a few MSI's using group policy. Some were pre packaged, and a couple I made myself (didn't see any options when creating to remove the desktop shortcut) I have tried as somebody had suggested on a forum going to user configuration -> preferences -> windows settings -> shortcuts -> adding the names and specify the place they are saved and changed the option to delete, but with no luck and am running out of ideas to try. Any help much appreciated Thanks in advance
