Completely agree : These people are fine as long as you don't have a problem with what you buy from them. Forget Sales of Good Act as they have never heard of it!! Bought a tablet from them, it has had very very gentle home use only still kept in original box when not in use. After 8 months it suddenly has a hardware fault. Contacted them to arrange repair or replacement - got told that the manufacturers (ASUS) didn't offer any warranty as it was "Grade A refurbished" - a fact which was news to me as I was under the impression that I was buying brand new!! They said that their warranty period was 3 months and would not offer any redress whatsoever. I don't really know why I trusted them as have had bad experiences with them in the past with cartridges and toners. Steer well clear is my advice!
