Thanks RichCowell - that's kind of what I have done. When I select "Apply this rule if... The subject or body includes..." it only allows me to enter one word at a time. Did you manage to upload a standard banned word list?

Does anyone know how to setup banned word filtering for students in Office 365 Education? The only way I have found is to setup a rule in Exchange, checking the Body and Subject of emails for words. However I have to enter every word individually - is there anyway to upload a list of banned words? Thanks!
