timbo343 and SYSMAN_MK rock. Loaded the latest e1000.dos and downloaded your protocol.ini with Safari (same error as posted when using IE), and this all did the trick for my 755 / Ghost 7.5 thumbdrive combo. Note--I find it useful to edit/view/print the PC files on my Mac (TextEdit), then copy them onto the thumbdrive. Thanks a gazillion. pgw.
