When I try to run Diskpart, it says, “access denied,” and refuses to start. I need it to re-enable write access on a backup drive that somehow got set to read only. Any ideas on how to get Diskpart working, or is there another way to get the job done? I’m running as an administrator on Windows 8.1, 64-bit. Thanks.
