  1. We are now up to date and the queues are clear. There is a ton of mail that has has disappeared so don't hold your breath. I also found out today that they have added 3 new SMTP nodes recently. This may be unique to my setup but I restrict incoming SMTP traffic to only the openhive addresses. I had to add the 3 new addresses to my firewall rules to allow all of the queues to clear.
  2. 36 hours and still no sign of cached/queued e-mails and I am not sure that we are receiving all of our current incoming mail. Does anyone have any idea as to how to escalate this past the ill-informed helpdesk? If you have a phone number for someone in management.......
  3. I feel your pain. I am hearing that the problem has been mostly resolved but they are battling to deal with the backlog of e-mail and are monitoring the situation.
  4. HMail Marshall has been logging mail since about 10:3:0pm last nightbut most are "temporarily undeliverable". Does anyone have any more information?
  5. Back to square one - cannot send or receive.
  6. Hmm, I can send email but also not showing in Mail Marshall. I wonder how they have got the outgoing e-mail to go around Mail Marshall and if they can do the same for incoming?
  7. We can send e-mail now but still no receive This was at 13:42 Could not be delivered because of Failed to connect to 172.20.4.81 Failed to connect to 172.20.4.80 Socket error at Greeting - Socket error - 10054 - WSAECONNRESET.Mail loops back to me. 172.20.4.72.
  8. We have Exchange on site and cannot send or receive emails through Openhive. I spoke to the helpdesk supervisor who said that the problem was with the SMTP relay and that they are now getting 3rd party support. Feels like this one could take a while.
  9. We have also had no e-mail through OpenHive since 1pm yesterday and there is no sign of a fix this morning. The helpdesk only open at 8am but I have already left a message. 18 hours and counting - the problem must be serious.
