I've seen that, yes. Although as she is in a lot of groups a sender will still get an 'Out of Office reply' each time they send to a different group won't they?

Hi all, I have a user than is going on Maternity Leave in a couple of weeks that wants me to put an Out of Office reply on her email (Gmail). The problem being that she is a member of SLT so is in just about every group imaginable. In the settings on Gmail they have the option of not sending the replies to anybody outside of the organisation, but not the other way round. I'm hoping many others will have come across this before and there's a simple solution? At the minute I'm looking at using canned responses and setting filters but this is not ideal as she's not the most IT friendly so don;t want to over complicate things. Thanks
