Parent Online Reporting: www.MyChildAtSchool.com I am sure I heard the orginal launch of this portal some years back. It appeared at BETT 2009. It looked very cool and price lower than any other I have come across. Searching on web I see a good feedback for it in a Leicetershire school. It works directly on SIMS and others. Parents go online to check on pupils Any other schools with experience with it to share with us?

Hello everyone Do any of your schools have set up for parental access to student data - attendnace, grades etc.. ? I hear that schools must have a system for on-line reporting for parents to view their child's data online.. Does anybody have one of these? If so, what and how is it going? How long have you had it in place? How much did it cost? Thank you

Cheers Fraggle Pete for your in depth analysis!! It seems as if SIMS mobile registration is not the best way forward! It's hard enough to get our P.E staff to change their practises as it is, they would kill me if we asked them to implement a system that was ineffective!! If only there was a magical way for P.E teachers to take attendance simply! Have you used the Bromcom one before? Do you have to have Bromcom MIS or can it work with Sims? I've heard that the service is pretty good. Is it worth look into?

Fraggle Pete, were your Sims issues resolved? I know what you're going through, it can be a real pain and the support offered is pretty poor Also in one of your earlier posts you mentioned Mobile Sims on an i-paq. We are looking for a solution for PE teacher registering pupils on the football pitch. How do you find mobile Sims? Would you recommend it? Your advice would be much appreciated
