  1. I think we both know that restraining a violent pupil would fall under my exception of saving someones life. Let's all be on the same page here; the lunch lady was grossly out of bounds in touching that child. PERIOD. She was not attempting to benefit the child or the parent with her actions. She had no legitimate reason to touch that little girl and force her hand ANYWHERE. Especially after being informed that the parent refused to give consent. Please by all means feel free to try and play word games with my statements but lets not pretend that you cant see the point I am really trying to make.
  2. Look buddy, I see the point you are trying to make, I agree that there are exceptions to my statement. However I think you are intelligent enough to see the point that I was attempting to make. The lunch lady was clearly in the wrong and trying to push her own agenda or just saying that she doesnt care about the parent or the childs rights to refuse. Considering the fact that her sole purpose in that enviroment is to serve food from behind a counter, she grossly exceeded her brief and was way out of bounds with physically touching that child under the circumstances.
  3. I cant remember exploring those options so I will get on that asap. Thank you for the suggestion. I will keep you posted on if that fixes the issue.
  4. Yes the client has only one video output (VGA) and the second is created by using Amazon.com: Smart Buy USB Graphics Adapter: Electronics . This is something that my predesessor IT support specialist put into play on several computers here instead of doing new graphics cards with duel outputs. Likely due to cost and ease of installation. To clarify randomly.....it will somedays be OK for my user and then out of the blue she will call me complaining that the windows she moves to one screen will not stay on that screen and keeps snapping back to the other screen that she is using for other windows. (she always has alot of open windows due to SAP and ERP and CRM as well as her Outlook messages) the user is also one of my "IT problem children" if you know what I mean
  5. The lunch lady should be fired for assaulting the child and attempting to force her hand onto the scanner after the parent did not consent to the terms. The lunch lady obviously had zero respect for the rights of the parent or the child. That is unacceptable for a person in her position. Don't touch other people's children ever unless you are saving their life by doing so.
  6. Hey folks, I have a user here that has a duel monitor setup that is not optimal but I am not able to purchace a PCI graphics card to do things the way I feel they should be done. Any advice is welcome. The duel display is achieved via built in VGA port and a HP USB to VGA graphics adaptor. My user preffers to have her SAP on her Left screen and her CRM/IE on her right screen. The left screen is set up as her main display. The built in VGA card is Intel graphics card. She keeps moving her SAP to the left screen (main) and it keeps popping over to the right screen. I cant seem to figure out how to solve her problem.
