Yes this is possible but you need to have access to the sims sql database. When you have this all you need to to is link it as an sql data source in crystal. I would check with capita / your LA if they are happy with you doing this as i know sometimes they get funny about it. I would recomend that you use the command reporter tool that is included with sims to get the data you require and output it to a csv that you then use that in crystal.
