We are having the same problem in a classroom, we have tried re-imaging the PCs but we still have the problem. We have done everything on this webpage (Windows Requires Administrator Rights to Install USB Flash Drives Raymond.CC Blog) Except do a repair. I cannot rename the Catroot2 folder because it says I do not have permission. Does anyone have any suggestions? HELP!!!!!
