I'd say id really depends what floats your boat! Data Manager role is very different to IT, as it's more about (in my experience), numbers, calculations and spreadsheets than IT per se. It can be quite demanding (everyone wants information yesterday) with lots of deadlines and is quite structured in that sense, but if you are organised and disciplined by nature, it's interesting!

I don't have access to Key to Success - can someone confirm that the KS2 DL (decimal level) and FG (fine grade) columns are still included, if the APS is not? Capita are changing the way SIMS calculates Progress 8 and Attainment 8 in the School Report to use aspects holding these results from K2S in the summer release....
