Hello was wondering if any one could help with this issue I am having with Lenovo's Thinkpad model E540. The issue I am experiencing is when I have pupils trying to connect to the domain, they are presented with the following message "There are currently no logon servers available".
As a bypass for this I have began to lan the laptops in before logon. Once they had logged in the pupils were able to use the wireless to carry on working. However, this fix is slowly becoming unusable because once the user has logged in the wireless card is taking up to 5/10 minutes to connect to our domain and sometimes won't even reconnect. The wireless card that we are using is Intel Daul Ban AC 7260
A few things I have tried:
Log the user in using a Lan connection instead of wireless at logon - This fixed the issue until the wireless card began to randomly cut out once logged in and off lan.
Installed latest drivers for the Intel Daul Band AC 7260 WIFI card - to no look of resolving this issue
Updated all drivers and ran windows updates.
Used Sc config netlogon depend= lansvc/lansmanworkstation as suggested by various people on edugeek on other forums which did fix the problem for a while but has had no luck at resolving the issue completely.
