We are looking for an ICT Support Technician to provide IT and technical support to colleagues, young people and visiting external professionals during term times only. Working closely with the Network Manager you will be responsible for providing the highest level of service and support in a range of IT related tasks. You will be required to ensure that all classrooms and other users have access to appropriate ICT resources all in full working order. Flexibility, a sense of humour, a logical approach to problem solving and good time management skills are all required to fulfil this role. Experience is desirable but not essential. However, you will require a GCSE or Equivalent English and Maths and knowledge of Microsoft Client Operating Systems & Software. Willing to consider a person on a gap year or starting in a career in IT. In return we offer an annual salary of £16,191 (£14,070 pro rata) working Monday to Friday, during school term times only. Hi Arthur Thank you but that has not helped in my case. I think possibly I did not capture the image correctly as when is do a DISM get-wininfo it looks like i set the name as Windows 10 Ed (rather than eduaction). For the minute I am going to use the usb without an unattend but if you (or anyone else) has any further suggestions that would be great. I think it probably doesn't help that the file is soo big and probably has far too much stuff included in it. John

Hi I am hoping someone can help. I am having issues with the AutoUnattend.xml I am using. I know I am not attempting deployment in a particularly conventional fashion but I have created a bootable USB for Windows 10 Education. Without the AutoUnattend.xml file on the memory stick the setup begins and asks all the usual setup questions. If I place the AutoUnattend.xml on the memory stick it comes up with an error saying 'No images are available'. Hi I am hoping someone can help? I have managed via Group Policy to map libraries to network shares. However, one irritation is that when viewing the libraries they are grouped and so a heading comes up above the results. This happens even if there is only one group/location specified in the location settings. It can be manually resolved by right mouse click > Group By > None but surely this can be set as a default by group policy somewhere? If anyone has any suggestions that would be great.
