New member and I have been browsing around some forums, looks like this it seems a popular one. I also work with some one that does pop up on this forum often which is why I would like to remain a unknown.
I have searched through and found some BYOD discussions but would like more specific details mainly regarding companies who supply.
1. Do you have BYOD providers?
2. If so would you mind telling us who they are?
3. How is the BYOD managing with that company?
4. Problems and issues? be honest.
We are currently in contact with several and they seem to be giving the impression that its all easy, simple, little trouble for us and to me its all a bit too - Salesman speak. The BYOD will be very new to the School and if I was honest a huge worry is looming over our heads. The idea of it all is little expenditure from us and I don't want to increase the team we currently have. Hardware wise we are considering our options to meet our needs but that's another discussion.

The concerns we have are surrounding a lot of issues that seem to arise with the BYOD system. Having been in contact with a few Schools there seems to be a Salesman approach coming from them which is understandable because they don't want to look bad. This might be just a worry but we care so much about our pupils that we can't afford any mistakes.
