first I disable the GPO policy for students and reason then worked fine. So after pulling my hair out going through each part of the policy i found that i had Folder Redirection setup for Documents and in the options part i had Grant user exclusive Rights to documents enabled. I disabled that and it worked fine. hope this helps.

Hi RobFuller Nope as i double click Reason i get the error. I may have installed it wrong . but when log in as admin it works fine. thanks

Access denied the operation could not be completed because the device denied access. Has anyone seen this before and if reason has a step by step guide for installing it on a network? Thanks[/h]
