Hello all, So I was copying folders etc from a USB stick to Onedrive then all of a sudden the USB crashed and then I couldn't see it under 'This PC'. When I go into disk management I can't see the USB and when I go to device manager it is appearing under USB controllers and not disk drives. I've tried updating the driver, uninstalling then restarting the PC etc and still no luck. Also in device manager it is showing under Device status it says 'This device cannot start. (Code 10)'... anyone got any ideas or come across this before? Any help is much appreciated.

so what do you use now? do you use the microsoft ink tools instead?

Good afternoon all, We are using Smart Ink with Office 2016 on Windows 10 and it works fine for all applications EXCEPT Powerpoint Presenter mode. Has anyone encountered the same issue and if so please could help as I am really stuck as to what to do. Regards,

Good morning, Below is an image of what I get when trying to open a Smart Notebook file. Any ideas if there is a way to fix it or is the file corrupt and not recoverable. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers guys.

Hello, It's a bit off topic for this thread but recently our printer said it needed a new maintenance kit, so I ordered one and when it arrived I put into the printer. Now after installing the new maintenance kit it is telling me that it is the incorrect one. I checked with the company I bought the kit from and they said it was the correct one. I then asked Xerox about it and they've said they will have to send an enigneer out to look at it so before I go ahead with that thought I would ask on here if anyone has had this issue before? I am having a similar issue except that all our Apple TV's can be seen on the AirPlay list except for 2 Apple TV's I have just reset through iTunes. The Apple TV's are all on the latest issue and I am a bit stumped as to why the Apple TV's I have reset through iTunes will not appear in AirPlay.

Hello, I work in a school and we have Apple TV's all over the site... I have had 2 Apple TV's that have needed to be reset which I had to do through iTunes, after I had restored the Apple TV's they now won't appear in the AirPlay list... any ideas?
