Hi does somebody have any experience with PaperCut and Plotters. We use PaperCut software since 4 moths, and have good experience with Duplex, A4 and A3 Print jobs size, but any time we print (Wide-Format) on plotter, we have wrong size Plotter Max Size is 914x3000 mm It does not matter, if plan is just 632.5 x 451.9 mm PaperCut count Max. Plotter Size: 914x3000 mm All print jobs are pdf files not AutoCAD, Cadwork…. Plotters are: HP Designjet T1100 HPGL2 HP Designjet T1300 HPGL2 HP Designjet T1500 HPGL2 HP Designjet T2500 HPGL2 We don't have PostScript Plotter I open Service Request by PaperCut but till now no solution! Hope that somebody can help me to solve this problem Thanks
