I'm Rick, quite a normal guy that is very interested in he's pc, especially CMD.
I was just messing around a bit, and I wanted to remotely shutdown my laptop. I have a PC, and a laptop, so I figured it wouldn't do any harm to anyone.
Now I basicly did everything to remote shutdown the laptop. (Using cmd : net view > shutdown -i > added the laptop. But it said \\BillyThaKid-LT: Acces denied. (5)
And that was quite annoying. I tried alot of things to fix this, but I just don't have the knowledge of my pc(yet), or whatever the problem could be, to fix it.
Could anyone assist?
