thanks for the help, firstly data that's ok is 1. class data 605 loaded in from jan to april 2015 2. cover data 58 days 3.set periods 2 weeks timetable 4. data range I have problems with absence data, (getting error of INVALID ABSENCE DATA) not sure where I'm loading this as I have saved from tool/stats/absences plus the one from focus staff absences?? but our list had count? which I presume days off but has staff from years ago? global settings have been reset to sept 2014. hope this makes sense, I know it will be something simply, nearly there.

Hi all I'm new to the forum, and new to cover manager job. just wanted some help re some data reports. I have downloaded Craig Tolley weird and wonderful IT excel spreadsheet. I have followed the instructions on run a report and export data but it doesn't seem to work. Which excel spreadsheet do I open? I just want data for absence teachers etc in a graph etc. Sorry it's all new to me.
