Yes, 1.21 is the image 1 active firmware and backup is 1.18

How would that help, AMED - the switch was new out of the box just over a week ago on factory settings? I ask as factory resetting wouldn't be that simple, being on a different subnet to default in another part of the country :|

Same issue, ports die at random times and only way to fix is repatch the port or reboot the switch. Have applied the 1.21 patch and it's still happening. Would be interested to know if it works for anyone else. Thanks.
