Hi - we've just had an approach from IC Solutions for pretty much the same deal, claiming that they only deal with estate agents and now want to deal with charities, though slightly more expensive than yours. But it depends on them paying the lease fee back to us - is that how your set up works? How have they been performing now a month or so has past? Have you any comments on the company? Thanks Jim
