I finally got a reply from them. That was too vague so I pressed for more details, especially whether this is affecting some or all users. So now I wait. I will trust that they are actually working on it.

Did anyone ever get this working? I think I am in the same situation - everything works except (giant except) for remote control. I set a static IP for the phone, forwarded 21355 to it and enabled IGMP Proxy. No change. The web site call looks like it is trying but nothing appears on the Romo phone. Calling from the Romo Control app immediately hangs up and again nothing appears on the Romo.
