  1. Hi Bossman, We used to use Zimbra then like you, we moved over to Google Apps. We had to do it the hard way but Google has a pretty good tool that will make this easier for you. Take a look at the Google Apps Migration for Microsoft Exchange (GAMME) tool. It can migrate from Exchange OR from IMAP, assuming your Zimbra install is running IMAP. The challenge really depends on the number of users you have to migrate over and the amount of data. One way we have handled this for clients is to leverage AWS (or another other cloud provider). We'll load the GAMME tool on multiple AWS EC2 instances, then have them run simultaneously to handle the email migration. We've found this to work quite well. For Zimbra, we've only moved over email accounts and not anything else like calendars. Hope this helps. Jason
