Yes I completely understand but I know there are schools that run a strict refresh cycle that get rid of desktops that may be a bit old for use in a secondary but will be perfectly suitable for this small nursery

Hi everyone My sons nursery are trying to update their ICT provision on a very very tight budget. With summer coming up if anyone is having a clearout of good working equipment, in particular Desktops, Laptops, IWB's, Switches etc that would be available either for free or a small amount of money please let me know as it could be put to great use here. The new secondary service is all based online. For schools with very slow internet connections we can provide a caching server that will cache the video content only but this will be used only in a small minority of rural schools

Hi 1) I can confirm that much of the content that was available in Clipbank will also be in the Discovery Education Secondary service but has been greatly enhanced with brand new relevant content. 2) The pricing has changed slightly (Doesn't necessarily mean you will be paying more though!) 3) We are aiming to make the migration from Clipbank to the new system as smooth as possible and are working with each school individually to ensure this. We also have Professional Development available to help support this migration. Hi, The school I work for are looking at employing a technician to help out with the day to day helpdesk jobs. The hours would be 20 hours a week and would be fairly flexible on which days those are worked etc Not currently sure on the money as this is more a small advert to see if there is anyone out there interested in the part time hours. Would generally like someone with a little experience but if you are enthusiastic enough and can show some technical skills experience isnt a must If interested please reply here or message me for some more details Thanks Matt
